Sara Sells Trade Program (“Membership”) is granted to interior designers & design firms, architects & architecture firms, owners & developers, brands, purchasing agents, set designers & stagers, independent/small businesses, and other qualified applicants. Membership is subject to these terms and conditions which are subject to change from time to time at the discretion of Sara Sells, LLC.
To qualify for a Sara Sells Trade Program Membership, you must use the following link to complete the online application. The application will outline what materials are necessary to supply to Sara Sells.
Please Note: A Resale Certificate is not mandatory for the Sara Sells Trade Program. However, if we do not have one submitted with your application you will be charged sales tax at checkout.
We reserve the right to make all membership determinations at our sole discretion. Each professional must individually apply for membership by submitting their individual qualifications. Incomplete and/or inaccurate applications will not be accepted.
MEMBERSHIP
Membership is not transferable. Once your application has been reviewed and you are accepted into the Sara Sells Trade Program, you will receive a welcome email and a link to set up your account login information. You can always reference your welcome email or visit the Sara Sells Trade homepage to log into your account. .
All approved applicants will have the same access to the Sara Sells Trade Program benefits. These benefits include access to a curated website with an expanded inventory and the opportunity to place orders at any time, volume pricing, no minimum spend, accelerated shipping, tax free purchasing, free shipping to our warehouse and a dedicated team to receive your items, and more. All members of the Sara Sells Trade Program will also have the option to hold your pieces at our warehouse for an extended period of time. Details regarding our storage policy are linked here.
Misuse of Membership may result in Membership termination. Misuse includes, without limitation: use of the trade membership for personal purchases, any resale of merchandise purchased using the trade program through any retail outlet (e.g., resale on or through any retail or auction website or store), transfer of Membership, allowing others to use the Membership login-information (e.g., sharing the login details with a client or friend), and submitting false, expired or misleading information in connection with a Membership application.
Your Membership most likely will renew automatically, however, please be aware that if there is a change in your Membership qualifications or you appear to be abusing your Membership, Sara Sells will revoke and/or not renew your Membership. YOUR MEMBERSHIP STATUS
To check your membership status please contact us at trade@sarasells..com. As a Sara Sells Trade Program Member, it’s your responsibility to notify Sara Sells of any changes in your contact or Membership information.
TAX EXEMPT PURCHASING
Resale Certificates For Tax Exempt Purchases (within the United States)
To make a tax-exempt purchase in a state(s) in which you maintain tax-exempt status, please complete the following steps:
- Locate your State(s)’ Resale Certificate or applicable Tax-Exempt form via your specific State’s Department of Revenue or applicable State authority. Please provide us a Resale Certificates for each state in which you are a reseller or tax-exempt. State authorities require us to keep a completed copy of the Resale Certificate/applicable Tax-Exempt form in addition to your (re)seller’s license or permit. You will need to fill in your company’s information in the required fields and fill in Sara Sell’s information in the required fields. You will also need to sign each Resale Certificate and/or Permit you require. Please reach out to us if you have any questions regarding Sara Sell’s information required for your applicable form. NOTE: Sales tax is collected based on the pickup address, so the state Resale Certificate needed is based on the warehouse pickup location for each order.
- For resellers in Florida, please provide a copy of your signed Annual Resale Certificate.
- For resellers in Mississippi, please provide a copy of your Sales Tax Permit.
- For resellers in Alabama, please provide a copy of your Sales Tax Permit.
- For resellers in Georgia, please provide a copy of your Georgia Certificate of Exemption (ST-5)

RIGHTS MANAGEMENT TERMS OF USE
We love to see how you use Sara Sell’s furniture and accessories in your projects — whether you have an entire home remodel or a single room revamp — we want to see our products in your homes!
We regularly reach out to customers to request additional rights to reproduce our favorite images in our emails, on our website, and more. Whenever possible, we also include your handle or byline.
When you tag @sarasellstrade you are agreeing to the following:
As between you and us, you own all content and information you post or share tagging Sara Sells or Sara Sells Trade (@sarasellstrade or @sarasells), such as posting or sharing comments, photos, and videos (referred to as “User Content”).
You give Sara Sells, LLC permission to use your User Content as follows: you grant to Sara Sells, LLC and its affiliates a license to reproduce, display, perform, distribute, create derivative works from and otherwise use your User Content in connection with our website (www.sarasells.com and www.sarasellstrade.com) (the “Site”), our social media platforms and other Sara Sells marketing purposes, including without limitation in Sara Sells email and other customer communications, online materials and other marketing campaigns. We may display advertisements in connection with your User Content or on pages where your User Content may be viewed by you or others, and we may use your User Content to advertise and promote Sara Sells and the Sara Sells Trade Program. Our license to your User Content is non-exclusive, meaning you may use the User Content for your own purposes or let others use your User Content for their purposes. Our license to your User Content is fully-paid and royalty free, meaning we do not owe you anything else in connection with our use of your User Content. We may exercise our rights anywhere in the world. Finally, our license is perpetual, meaning that our license lasts for an indefinite period of time.
You promise that:
You own all rights to your User Content or, alternatively, that you have the right to give Sara Sells, LLC the rights described above;
you have paid and will pay in full any fees or other payments that may be related to the use of your User Content;
and your User Content does not infringe the intellectual property rights, privacy rights, publicity rights, or other legal rights of any third party.
We may refuse to accept or transmit User Content for any reason. We may remove User Content from the Site for any reason.
If you believe that a user of the Site has infringed on your intellectual property rights, or if we have taken down your materials due to suspicion of copyright infringement, and you would like to dispute the alleged infringement, please notify us via trade@sarasells.com.
Storage Policy
Orders have been placed, items are arriving, but install day isn’t for another three weeks! Not to worry, as a member of the Sara Sells Trade program you have the opportunity to store your items at our facility for up to 2 months!
We understand members of the Trade are managing multiple projects and deadlines at once, so our storage options are available in two week increments with the first two weeks FREE! See all storage pricing below!
PRICING
Once your items arrive, we will hold your pieces for up to two weeks for free! After that it’s $100 every two weeks. We can hold items for a total of 8 weeks. The base rate includes five boxes, each additional box is $20.
