pickup policy
You came, you shopped, you bought all of the beautiful things for your upcoming project! Now, what's next?! Our Trade Team will take it from here! We'll place your order and all items should arrive within 3-5 weeks. You'll be notified as each piece of your order arrives to our warehouse. As your items arrive, you have the option of scheduling a pickup with our Trade Coordinator (email her at trade@sarasells.com) or storing your items at our Nashville warehouse for up to two months.
Local pickup
To pick up your items, please schedule an appointment with our Trade Coordinator by emailing her at trade@sarasells.com. Once you arrive for you appointment, please pull to the designated loading area and our Team will greet you. Please provide a name or order number. Our team will load all items into your vehicle. Please bring an appropriate vehicle, materials to protect items, and any necessary accessories to secure your items.
All opened, unboxed items must be inspected before leaving Sara Sells property. Any item in a box must be inspected within 48hrs of receiving the item. All damages must be reported within that 48hrs to the Sara Sells Trade Team at trade@sarasells.com. In the event of a damage, customers are responsible for the transportation of all purchased items back to and from the original location.
storing your items
As part of the Sara Sells Trade Program, you have the option to store your items at our warehouse for up to 8 weeks. This option can be chosen by emailing our Trade Team at trade@sarasells.com. We hold items in one week increments, with the first two weeks free. After the two weeks, the storage fees detailed here will accrue on each individual piece.
